Property Preview Service                    

I know that there are a significant number of properties available to browse when looking for your own piece of the Upper Peninsula. The choices can seem endless, and many listings only show a single picture for you to judge whether a parcel may fit your needs. When considering a land purchase, you need more than one picture to evaluate things. Since properties in the UP can be located significant distances from each other and many clients I work with are not local to the area, I offer "Property Preview Services" to clients exclusively working with my buyer representation. As part of my commitment to my clients, I will preview a property you are considering taking candid videos and photos (not just the best views), which I will then post to my website for you to view at your convenience. I will also include an honest write-up of my thoughts, observations, and any additional information I discovered while out! I have found this tool to be a valuable source for my clients whether local to the area or located thousands of miles away.   

When a client is traveling hundreds of miles to view a property only to find out the land has been logged upon arrival, or is located next to an undesirable neighbor,  or just doesn't have the hardwoods that appeared in the listing photo... it is frustrating. While there is no substitute for walking the land in person, my exclusive Property Preview Service allows clients to have a much better idea of what to expect and allows more time to be spent on quality properties that deserve your presence. Even for my local clients, significant time can be saved. Anyone who lives in the U.P. knows that a day looking at property can mean 90% drive-time and only 10% boots-on-the-ground time. Viewing property up here is simply not like that in a city where each location is around the next corner.
