I have devoted my professional work to the various aspects of the land business. After graduating from Western Michigan University, my first position was with an environmental consulting company where my primary duties included: land research, parcel identification, deed searches, aerial photo review, working with local municipal officials, zoning review, etc. I later accepted a position with an engineering and land consulting firm. I was able to further develop my strong project coordination and land research skills, and eagerly progressed into many aspects of the land planning/permitting process. I have worked on numerous residential developments, vacant land acreages, and recreational projects as well as large commercial projects. I can manage the varying details of any land-related project including: financing, deadlines, environmental/ ecological issues, and I know how to coordinate the many aspects involved while completing a real estate deal. I am familiar with federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and requirements.

With my experiences, and the places I've lived and worked; I have come to the conclusion that nothing can beat the unique beauty and culture of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It is my goal to handle your real estate needs with the level of professionalism, care, and efficiency that I would expect myself. When the occasion arises and I do not know an answer to your question, I will not lie to you just to make a sale... I will do my best to find the correct answer. I am intimately familiar with my listed properties... I have personally walked them, and had fun doing it! I am not a volume operation where agents seem to be completely unfamiliar with their properties or their clients. I am a quality operation that takes the time to do things right.
